Community partnerships are authentic connections poised to make transformative change

Community partnerships are supported by Whole Community Connection with one year of leadership development and project funding. WCC Champions are teams of community members from Edgecombe or Robeson County and academic partners from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The funding supports the implementation of their solutions.
